Refund policy

If, for any reason, you would like to return an unused item to us, we will accept items within 14 days of receipt.

Please email hello@cotton-clouds.com to let us know which items are being returned to us and send us the items in perfect re-sellable condition with tags attached. Items should be unmarked and unspoilt.

Refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
